Terms of service.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of baked goods, once the the customer has received the order, it is considered “Accepted” and can no longer be returned.
A non-refundable minimum 50% deposit is required on all orders. Full amount may be paid upfront with an implied 50% deposit. Once the customer has picked up or received the item, it is solely the responsibility of the customer from that point forward. Refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis. Last minute cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit to cover production and labor costs. The remaining 50%, if already paid in full, will be refunded to the customer.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product(s) prior to receiving said product(s), a refund of up to 25% may be issued.
